Read-only invariant checks. Run after deploy, or whenever a report looks weird. No writes, no test data.

📖 Policy mirror (JACK memory)
Syncs the JACK policy library into Shift. Nightly automatic; this button is for "I just uploaded a policy, show it now".

🗄 Data retention
How long each data type is kept. Chats/emails and task/news media purge nightly ONCE ENABLED; top-level records are kept forever. Update the privacy notice in the same release you enable this.

🔐 Customer data
Review contact details (name / phone / email / IP) are nulled automatically after a window; the review itself stays. Export first, then purge everything, if we are ever under attack.

What is actually using the database: top tables (with media/TOAST split), connections, cache hit, temp spill. Read-only.
